Zachariah Qureshi is a graduate student studying film studies at the University of Texas at Dallas. His main research focus is on transnational cinema with a particular emphasis on Indian and Iranian cinemas. He is also separately obsessed with the films of Spike Lee. In addition to scholarly work he is also interested in critical and journalistic publication including essays and reviews.
